Wigs with cut lace are final sale and ineligible for return.

Wigs with uncut, intact lace are eligible for exchange only; refunds are not provided.

No returns on wigs with cut lace or hair that has been altered (e.g., colored, washed, or cut).

Wigs in original condition with uncut lace are eligible for exchange only. No refunds.
